What Wejdaan is
Wejdaan connects you with licensed therapists for online sessions. We provide the platform; the therapy itself is provided by the therapist you book with, who is responsible for their own clinical practice.
Not emergency care
Wejdaan is not an emergency service. It is not suitable if you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical attention, and we cannot monitor messages around the clock. In an emergency, use the contacts on our crisis page.
Who can use it
You must be old enough to consent to therapy on your own behalf under the law that applies to you, and the information you give us when signing up and during intake must be accurate.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. You may use a display name rather than your real name, but you must not impersonate someone else.
Booking and payment
Sessions are paid for in advance and are confirmed only once payment completes. Prices are set by each therapist, shown to you before you confirm, and charged in Iraqi dinars. A slot you have selected is held for 30 minutes while you complete payment.
Cancellations, reschedules and refunds
Cancelling 48 hours or more before a session refunds the full amount; at least 24 hours refunds half; less than 24 hours is not refunded. If your therapist cancels, you are refunded in full regardless of timing. Rescheduling requires the other party to accept the new time, and the request stands until they answer it. Refunds are recorded against the session and processed by our team.
Using the service respectfully
Please do not abuse, threaten or harass therapists or staff, and do not record sessions without the other person's consent. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending your use
You can stop using Wejdaan at any time, and request account deletion once you have no active sessions. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where continued use would be unsafe.
